  I can't say enough good things about Sue (owner) and Healthy Habits. First of all, everyone who works there is lovely and super accomodating. The food is always super tasty. I've never had a dish I didn't like. I'm not a cook nor do I have the time so I rely on their meal kits to feed my family a healthy meal. Will keep going back again and again!!!

  Healthy Habits Kitchen has been a wonderful source for healthy food for my family when I am extra busy or just need a night off. Their meals are delicious and easy to prepare (my husband even pulled it off one night thanks to the clear directions written directly on the package). My kids have loved every dish -believe it or not- and my son actually licked the plate clean one night (chicken with peach sauce dish). The staff is really helpful and friendly and the kitchen is immaculate.
  
  Another bonus - they deliver! Last Thanksgiving I was slammed with family commitments and picked up several sides on the way to a friend's house out of town. Everything I brought was very well received. The absolute best thing about them, though is that their dishes are actually healthy- so I do not have to spend time flipping through my many cooking light magazines to find just the right recipe.
  
  One negative would have to be that because they change their menus frequently I cannot always get a favorite dish. However, we are supposed to be eating foods in season so I guess I just need to change my own habits. (Another one might be that they are not always open!)
