the lady at the cashiers desk argued with me about my free birthday drink and the price of the medium coffees (day after the super bowl), which she didn't give me discounts for. loved the food, hated the service. i wouldn't come back except for the fact it's close to where i am.

This place is horribly managed. No senior discount. They always try to avoid making a coolata usually saying that the machine is down or it is being cleaned. The counter help is unfriendly, almost hostile.
